So you can choose between 'sit down' and 'skip 2-3h'. But the production and consumption for the skipped time must be calculated then.3 days. It feels extremely short in the beginning, but feels too long after 10-15 game years. The benefit: a.) your crops mature in 1-2 seasons, so more food quicker. For 10 days you will need a lot of food for yourself and the villagers. b.) 10 days winter can be very tough in the beginning.
